Cost: $50 entry fee per athlete

Please note all athletes require at least a provisional classification to compete. This involves completing a Medical Diagnostic Form (MDF) prior to the competition which is assessed by a classification panel. This form is available under the Downloads tab to the right of screen.Please note the Medical Diagnostic Form does include a part which must be completed by a medical doctor. For assistance with completing the MDF please use the Guide to Medical Diagnostics Form Completion available under the Dowloads tab.
